Common outputs include: vendor_name, date, total subtotal, tax, currency, line_items, payment_type, invoice_number, due_date, category, account_number and more. Over 100+ fields. You can also configure custom fields via your Veryfi portal to capture business-specific data beyond the defaults.

  • How accurate is the extraction?

    Veryfi’s OCR 3.0 engine is purpose-built for financial documents and consistently achieves industry-leading accuracy on structured fields like totals, dates, and vendor names. Accuracy improves further as you train the model on your specific document types via the Veryfi portal. Unlike general-purpose OCR, Veryfi understands document context — it knows the difference between a subtotal row and a line item, or between an invoice date and a due date.

    Yes. Veryfi is SOC 2 Type II certified and processes all documents in an encrypted, private pipeline — your data is never used to train shared models.
