With Club Pasaporte, shoppers don’t need to download an app or carry a physical card. They join by messaging the mall’s WhatsApp number and completing a quick registration flow. From there, the experience feels natural and intuitive.
After making a purchase anywhere in one of the eight malls (Isla Mérida, Explanada Pachuca, Explanada Puebla, Explanada Culiacán, Forum Buenavista, Paseo Interlomas, Paseo Querétaro, Grand Outlet Cuernavaca) in the campaign, shoppers take a photo of their receipt and send it to WhatsApp. In the background, Veryfi automatically validates the receipt, extracts key purchase data, and determines eligibility, all in real time. Points are awarded instantly, and shoppers receive confirmation directly in the chat.
This approach allows GICSA to reward any qualifying purchase, across any participating retailer, without requiring manual review.

To extend the experience beyond chat, members can also add a digital loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, bridging digital engagement with in-mall visits.
